Each painting is connected to a fleeting moment, a snapshot from a diary that bears witness to both the personal and the collective. These works embody complex emotional experiences, where the individual self emerges within the larger whole, and where reality blurs with imagination and denial. Familiar scenes take on an emotional curvature, and moments in time are stripped of their simplicity — a certain reality that resists itself and rebels against its own truth. Place holds a dense and vivid presence in this collection: places I have lived in and that have lived within me, and others I passed through briefly yet remain suspended in my memory, laden with scent, sound, and shadow. The eye moves between sharp black lines and fields of color, drawn toward an intentional emptiness.
This is a collection about pause. About rupture and detachment from the fabric of time and space. The elusive that moves on while we remain unmoving, exiled.

ترتبط كل لوحة بلحظة عابرة، لقطة من دفتر يوميات شاهدٌ على الشخصي والعام. تُمثل هذه الأعمال تجارب شعورية معقّدة تتجلى فيها الذات المُنفردة بالكُتلة الأوسع، ويختلط فيها الأمر الواقع بالخيال والإنكار. تأخذ المشاهد المألوفة منحنًا محمّلًا بالشعور واللحظات الزمنية تتجرد فيه من بساطتها — واقعٌ متيقن رافض لذاته ومتمرد على حقيقته.
 يحتل المكان حضورًا كثيفًا في هذه المجموعة؛ أماكن عشت فيها وعاشت فيي، وأخرى عبرت بها لحظيّاً وبقيت معلّقة في ذاكرتي بما فيها من رائحة وصوت وظلال. تنتقل العين بين الخطوط السوداء الحادة والمساحات اللونية نحو الفراغ المقصود.
هذه مجموعة عن التوقف. انشقاق وانسلاخ عن النسيج الزمني والمكاني. السهل الممتنع الذي يمضي ونحن ساكنون مغتربون.
